From Kriens it takes about 40 minutes to Pilatus Kulm. You first take the panorama-gondolas from Kriens to Fräkmüntegg (approx. 30 minutes).The "Dragon Ride" then takes you from Fräkmüntegg to Pilatus Kulm in about 5 minutes.
From Alpnachstad, the cogwheel railway takes you up to Pilatus in approx. 30 minutes.
