Hiking on the Pilatus
From the third Saturday in June (Pilatus Putzete) until approx. October, the hiking trails on Mount Pilatus are usually passable.Winter
Hiking on the trails is generally at your own risk, as they are not officially open or closed. In winter, we recommend hiking to Fräkmüntegg / Ämsigen at the most, as the hiking trails are only free of snow and repaired in early summer. In the upper part up to Pilatus Kulm there are also some snowfields and icy spots in spring.
